In no small part to the overwhelming negative backlash, Valve backed out and pulled support for paid Steam Workshop content a short time after its announcement. 130,000 people signed a petition calling for Valve to remove paid mods. Creation Club content is fully curated and compatible with the main game and official add-ons, meaning using Creation Club content won't disable achievements. Till then, I suppose PS4 players have to content themselves with hoping Bethesda have this sorted out by the time The Elder Scrolls Skyrim: Special Edition launches, because one of the big selling points for the console versions of that remaster is mod support for consoles, sorry, but i'm not going to do that.
